Provision of Construction Management services and successfully took over the construction management of a failing 100MWe tri-fuel project in Lomé, Togo and brought it back on schedule and delivered in line with Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) commitments meeting export expectations

With successful completion, the project increased in the countries installed capacity by 50%, and secured the power security for many local residents and communities.
