Project Design Management services provided in the delivery of a waste to energy plant in the Derbyshire, UK.

Tasked with overseeing the completion of design, engineering, process safety and conformity assessment activities. In addition to management of engineering, third party service providers and contractors for the Waste to Energy plant for all phases of the project through to operational handover.

The project required the re-engagement and resurrection of supply chain contracts for several engineering services providers and equipment suppliers inclusive boilers, turbine, gasification, control system and balance of plant, following administration of the primary contractor suppling the advanced conversion technology and power island.
