On behalf of an Independent Power Producer (IPP) , our engineers undertook the technical due diligence for the acquisition of the diesel backed windfarm in Bonaire.

With that we review fuel supply agreement, commissioning and operational records as well as the core technology and infrastructure and provided an assessment of the acquisition proposition for a technical perspective, along with a series of recommendations for our client to action through the acquisition process.
