CDM 2015 Principal Designer Consultation

Provision CDM 2015 Principal Designer consultancy services to the main contractor tasked with safe delivery and execution of the biomass plant conversion to RDF project.

The project required the modification of the existing fuel reception hall, associated materials handling and sorting plant, and the design and installation of a new integrated combustion air extraction and fuel handling systems.

In the role we reviewed the existing design documentation, risk assessments, permitting requirements, the health and safety and process safety file, advising of deficiencies and required amendments to address pre-construction phase requirements, to mitigation of risk and manage of residual risk through the construction and handover phases.
