Project and Design Engineering

Working alongside ContourGlobal Solutions, our team partnered with third-party engineering service providers, and contractors to develop three quad-generation power plants for the Nigerian Bottling Company, a subsidiary of Coca Cola. These plants, with capacities of 2MWe, 3MWe, and 5MWe, were designed to significantly enhance the company's energy capacity, reliability, and sustainability, whilst also addressing environmental concerns through the integration of carbon capture technology.

EPC Package Development and Technical Specifications: Our team worked closely with the Nigerian Bottling Company, ContourGlobal Solutions, and other stakeholders to develop the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) packages for the three power plants. This involved creating detailed technical specifications that encompassed all aspects of the project, including design, equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.

Contract Award and Management: We oversaw the competitive tendering process and subsequent award of contracts to qualified engineering service providers and contractors. Throughout the project lifecycle, we provided contract management services, ensuring that all parties adhered to the contractual obligations, project scope, and timelines.

Project Engineering Services: Our team provided a comprehensive range of project engineering services, from design review and optimisation to on-site supervision and coordination. Owner's Engineer Capabilities: Acting as the Owner's Engineer, our team played a vital role in overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of the three quad-generation plants. Carbon Capture Integration: As a key component of the Nigerian Bottling Company's initiative, our team of engineers supported the integration of carbon capture technology within the three power plants.
