Project Management
Project management is at the core of the services provided by JCM Consultant Engineers Ltd. Our experienced project management team can deliver projects from small scale studies to multi-million pound new builds. We can manage one or more large complex engineering or EPCM projects, or several smaller projects simultaneously.
Having overall administrative responsibility for the execution and delivery of the project, our proven quality management, and project control systems ensure tight control of project schedule, costs, resources, and quality. We liaise with our clients to ensure efficient and effective management of project interfaces, budgets, schedules, and controls. Providing direction and coordination of project functions, inclusive of project controls, engineering and design, procurement, and construction, and commissioning.
Our project managers ensure effective and robust project risk management throughout the duration of the project, which is structured to manage and mitigate technical, commercial, construction risks throughout the project life cycle.
All projects are managed to be fully compliant with current safety, health, and environmental legislative requirements.
Engineering Management
Our Engineering Management team provides technical and administrative leadership to our multi-disciplined engineering and design department in the execution and delivery of projects. We ensure that key project and client requirements are disseminated and incorporated into the engineering and design deliverables for each of the discipline scopes of work and projects.
Acting as a conduit and main technical point of contact to the project management team, project functions, executives, and the client team. We have overall responsibility for the delivery of the technical, engineering, and design elements of the project. And with our proven quality management, and information control systems the Engineering Management team ensures tight control in the provision and delivery of project technical deliverables.
