Jasmine Project — Offshore Custody Transfer (EPC → HUC)
North Sea, United Kingdom · Project Engineering

Project overview
The Jasmine Project is a complex offshore development in the North Sea, involving a state-of-the-art production platform and associated subsea infrastructure to extract hydrocarbons from the Jasmine reservoir for the UK market. Worley delivered the EPC scope and Amec the hook-up and commissioning (HUC).
JCM Consultant Engineers thoroughly reviewed and verified the engineering package provided by Worley against project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements, and facilitated coordination and communication between Worley and Amec throughout the custody-transfer process.
We prepared a comprehensive handover package — engineering documents, drawings and specifications plus a detailed list of outstanding items — provided technical support to Amec through the HUC phase, and participated in final acceptance and project closeout, ensuring a seamless transition between the EPC and HUC phases of a world-class offshore development.
