Jasmine Project: Offshore Custody Transfer from EPC to HUC

The Jasmine Project is a complex offshore development in the North Sea, involving a major production platform and associated subsea infrastructure. Worley delivered the EPC scope and Amec delivered the hook up and commissioning scope.

JCM Consultant Engineers thoroughly reviewed and verified the engineering package provided by Worley against project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements. We also facilitated coordination and communication between Worley and Amec throughout the custody transfer process.

We prepared a comprehensive handover package comprising engineering documents, drawings, specifications and a detailed list of outstanding items. We provided technical support to Amec through the HUC phase and participated in final acceptance and project closeout, supporting a controlled transition between EPC and HUC.
