Scarborough Power Project — Flash Pyrolysis Waste to Energy

JCM Consultant Engineers delivered engineering, procurement and construction-management support for the Scarborough Power Project — the scale-up of a novel flash pyrolysis Energy-from-Waste (EfW) pilot plant for implementation and commercial operations processing household waste.

Our multidisciplinary team supported the client throughout the project lifecycle: feasibility studies and technical optimisation of the EfW process; detailed design documentation including Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs and equipment specifications; procurement assistance and bid evaluations for materials and equipment; and oversight of project and construction management to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety regulations.

We also provided operations and maintenance support, reflecting our commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions across the full asset lifecycle.
