Project Management
Integrated leadership from initiation to handover — under any delivery model.
We provide integrated project leadership across Front-End Loading (FEL), RIBA and sector-specific lifecycle stage-gates. Our project managers carry projects from initiation through FEED, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
Delivery strategy is addressed separately from lifecycle phase. We support defined consultancy scopes, Owner's Engineer and PMC roles, and projects delivered through EPC- or EPCm-led arrangements, with responsibilities governed by the agreed contract.
On the Scotch whisky FEED and across our power and process projects, project management is the thread that ties the disciplines, phases and contracts together into a single, governed delivery.
