Project Management
Integrated leadership from initiation to handover under the agreed delivery model.
We provide integrated project leadership across Front End Loading, RIBA and sector specific lifecycle stage gates. Our project managers carry projects from initiation through FEED, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
Delivery strategy is addressed separately from lifecycle phase. We support defined professional services, Owner's Engineer and PMC roles, and projects delivered through EPC and EPCm arrangements, with responsibilities governed by the agreed contract.
