ContourGlobal 100 MWe Tri-Fuel Power Plant

The ContourGlobal 100 MWe Togo Project is a power generation initiative in Lomé, West Africa, aimed at enhancing the country's energy capacity, reliability and sustainability using advanced technologies for efficient, reliable and environmentally responsible electricity.

JCM Consultant Engineers provided construction management across five areas: project planning and coordination (schedules, resource allocation and risk mitigation); quality and safety management with regular inspections and audits; on-site supervision and coordination of construction against approved designs; technical support and problem-solving; and structured reporting and stakeholder communication.

Critically, our team successfully took over the construction management of a failing 100 MWe tri-fuel project, brought it back on schedule and delivered it in line with Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) commitments.
