Nigerian Bottling Company — Quad-generation Plants

Working alongside ContourGlobal Solutions, our team partnered with third-party engineering service providers and contractors to develop three quad-generation power plants — of 2 MWe, 3 MWe and 5 MWe — for the Nigerian Bottling Company (a subsidiary of Coca-Cola), enhancing energy capacity, reliability and sustainability while integrating carbon capture technology.

JCM Consultant Engineers developed the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) packages for the three plants and managed the competitive tendering and award of contracts to qualified service providers and contractors.

We provided a comprehensive range of project engineering services — from design review and optimisation to on-site supervision and coordination — and acted as Owner's Engineer overseeing the design, installation and commissioning of all three plants, including the integration of carbon capture technology to minimise environmental footprint.
