Project overview
We provided Owner's Engineer support on the Enecogen combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power project in Rotterdam — one of several major Siemens CCGT schemes on which JCMCE has acted client-side.
Our role spanned independent technical review, EPC contractor oversight, design coordination, project governance, contract support and commissioning support — protecting the owner's interests across design, build and entry into service.
