Rail & Transport Infrastructure

Rail design, structures and multidisciplinary delivery — DCO to construction.

We deliver rail and transport-infrastructure engineering — rail design, structures and bridges, and complex interfaces — and act as Principal Designer under CDM 2015. JCMCE led the rail design on the West Midlands Interchange, the UK's most significant rail-served logistics development (£1bn, up to 8 million sq ft), from Development Consent Order through to construction.

We coordinate Network Rail, local authorities, statutory bodies and operators, and manage rail possessions, surveys and access — bringing BIM/ISO 19650 information management and full multidiscipline coordination to infrastructure programmes.
